Ich hab’ das letztens bei blinklist – einem del.icio.us Social Bookmarking Clone – gesehen und gleich mal a bisale rumgespielt. Siehe da es funktioniert (im Firefox) mit:

url='+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+';
&title='+encodeURIComponent(document.title)+';
&notes='+encodeURIComponent(document.getSelection());

und hier als Bookmarklet-Link: post to del.icio.us
(einfach den Link in die Link-Bar des Firefox ziehen)

1) Bookmarklet: (kleines JavaScript, das statt einer Link-URI als Bookmark/Favorite abgespeichert wird und nütztliche Dinge tut; siehe auch Wikipedia > Bookmarlet
